Senior Civil Engineer (Design)

Location: Lisburn, Northern Ireland

Salary: £42k - £50k plus benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer with at least 6+ years of design experience to join our team in a permanent capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, gathering and correlating engineering data, and liaising with clients and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Design and Development
  2. Gathering and Correlating Engineering Data
  3. Liaising with Clients and Professionals
  4. Developing and Solving Design Problems
  5. Providing Guidance to Entry-Level Engineers
  6. Responsible for Elements of Project Delivery and Quality Assurance

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2:1 degree in related engineering or associated technical degree
  2. Minimum 6+ years relevant experience in a consultancy environment
  3. Experience as a Drainage engineer - ideally Causeway Flow literate but MicroDrainage will also suffice
  4. Ability to use PDS software is beneficial
  5. Proficiency with AutoCAD
  6. Locality to the offices as they will be required in the office 3-4 days per week
  7. Experience with S106 and S104 applications
  8. Experience with drainage strategies and FRAs
  9. ICE Chartered (preferable, not essential)
