Job Title: Groundwork Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Groundworker to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for providing general labouring support for PPM, reactive maintenance and void repairs to the local councils housing and corporate assets.

The ideal candidate will have a wide range of skills and experience in groundworking repairs, including concrete and slab pathway installations, minor brick working, various types of fencing and washing line replacements. You will also be responsible for ensuring that your van is clean and tidy, with ease of access to tools, equipment and van stock at all times.

This is a permanent role, subject to DBS, Criminal Background and DVLA checks. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general labouring support for PPM, reactive maintenance and void repairs to the local councils housing and corporate assets.
• Undertake a wide variety of ground working repairs, and associated works to occupied homes, buildings and empty properties.
• Ensure the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in groundworking repairs or a related field.
• Possession of a full, clean current driving licence.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
