Essential Skills:

  1. Experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration.

  4. Experience with ServiceNow scripting and development.
  5. Excellent understanding of ITIL processes.
  6. Ability to define and implement best practices.
  7. Experience with cloud infrastructure and architecture.
  8. Experience with IT service management and ITIL.
