Multiskilled Tradesperson

We are excited to collaborate with a Local Authority in Nottingham on a 1-month contract for a Plumber Multiskilled, with the possibility of extension based on client discretion. To be considered, please submit your CV.

**Rate of Pay:** £18.00 - £22.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• To carry out design, installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair work for housing stock and external customers in accordance with agreed targets and procedures.
• Service, maintain, repair, and fault-find hot and cold water systems, and undertake minor heating works such as gas pipework alterations and connections, ensuring services comply with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Coordinate services of other trades and work with colleagues, contractors, and partners to deliver an excellent service to customers.
• Manage stock/supplies to prevent delays in works.
• Deliver value for money by working efficiently and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Availability to start immediately or at short notice is essential.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.
