**Job Overview:**

Venn Group is recruiting for skilled tradespeople to work on a social housing contract in Nottinghamshire.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day carpentry and plumbing repairs, as well as kitchen and bathroom fitting. They will also undertake multi-skilled duties, working on re-lets or repairs of social housing properties.

**Requirements:**

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in joinery or plumbing

**Benefits:**

  • Paid at £22.50 per hour on an umbrella company/CIS basis
  • Van and fuel card provided
