About the Role

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR consulting or leadership roles.
  • CIPD (L7) qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop strategic HR plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • An estimated salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
