Salary and Benefits

Job Description


You will be working 16 hours per week, guaranteed, with flexible hours to suit your availability. Your typical shift would be from 0645 to 1130, four weekdays, and alternate weekends.



Key Responsibilities



  • Providing non-medical support to clients in their own homes
  • BUILDING TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care


Requirements


No experience or qualifications are necessary, but having some background in care or interacting with older people would be beneficial. You must possess excellent communication skills, be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, with a passion for supporting others.
