About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our teams in Trowbridge-based early years settings. As an Early Years Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting teachers and providing individualized support to children aged 3 to 5 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the teacher in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
  • Providing one-to-one assistance to children who require additional support.
  • Assisting with classroom management and creating a nurturing environment conducive to learning.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to assess children's progress and tailor support as needed.
  • Promoting positive social interactions and fostering a love for learning among children.

Working with Long-term Teachers:
