We are seeking a skilled Planning Consultant to join our team and support our Technical and Commercial Teams with planning information and advice.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality results, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

A salary of up to £55,000 per annum reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.

  • Supporting the Technical and Commercial Teams with planning information and advice.
  • Completing planning appraisals for immediate land opportunities Identifying strategic land opportunities.
  • Evaluate potential sites based on technical and planning constraints.
About You
  • A member of RTPI or degree level in T&C planning is essential.
  • Good knowledge of local Authority policy requirements and experience working with relevant local Authorities and Planning Consultants.
  • An ability to cross collaborate cross functionally as part of the Project Team.
  • Full UK Driving licence and ability to travel.
  • Proficient IT skills - Office, Word and Excel.
