Eclipse Power Networks is seeking an experienced Power Systems Connection Delivery Manager to lead the efficient delivery of major projects, maintaining visibility of project programmes and managing relationships with Independent Connection Providers.
About Us
We are an OFGEM licensed Electricity Independent Distribution Network Operator working within the UK energy industry. Our team designs, owns, operates and maintains extra high, high and low voltage electricity distribution network assets, providing power connections to residential, industrial, renewable and commercial customers across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Maintain extensive knowledge of current industry technical policy and standards.
- Take ownership and manage delivery of EHV projects Programme of Works.
- Liaise with clients regularly and update clients with project progress, undertake portfolio reviews, project kick off meetings.
- Manage and maintain accurate project information on Mondays.com (such as project forecast dates, programme of works, project briefs etc.).
- Liaise & coordinate with the Street Works Manager to ensure NRSWA obligations are complied with when required.
- Liaise & coordinate with the audit team and arrange for timely Audits to be undertaken at key stages of the project to ensure assets are constructed in line with the Approved Design and any non-conformances are reported back to the Client for rectification and closure.
Requirements
- Engineering or Project Management (APM) qualification (Level 4 minimum).
- Experience (min 5 years) in leading teams to Construct, Commission, Energise and Operate electrical Networks with a good understanding of Project Management and Asset Management systems.
- Excellent level of understanding for construction and commissioning of distribution network connections, including substations and cable networks.
- Flexible, adaptable, and highly motivated in all areas of projects and operations.
- Proactive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for the industry and business.
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
