Nurse Assessor Position Description
Donard Recruitment is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Assessor to join our team. As a Nurse Assessor, you will be working with a leading employer to provide unbiased and comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP).

About the Role
This is an exciting hybrid working opportunity that combines clinical knowledge with assessment skills. You will be working as a multi-skilled Nurse Assessor, managing caseloads from end to end, and delivering a range of assessments, including face-to-face and virtual assessments. Your role will involve assessing a wide range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the claimant.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP)
- Manage caseloads from end to end
- Deliver face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports
- Assess a wide range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the claimant

Requirements
- Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic
- Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions

Benefits
- Basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500
- 5% retention bonus
- Rising to 10% quality & retention bonus

- Training options: 12 weeks' (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), & 17 weeks (3 days per week)

Salary Estimate
The estimated salary for this role is between £38,500 and £41,500 per annum, depending on location and experience.
