In this role, you will be working with adults in their own homes, providing personalised care and support to help them maintain their independence. You will assist with daily tasks, provide companionship and emotional support, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Activities:
Your key activities will include:
  • Delivering personal care and support to adults in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting clients with medication management
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Person Specification:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care setting
  • The ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Experience working with older adults or those with complex needs (desirable)
