Specialist Project Leader

Take on a challenging role as an Infrastructure Plant & Equipment – Specialist Project Manager at RemoteWorker UK, where you will lead the development and implementation of plant & equipment upgrades and new installations across our sites.
You will work closely with various teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a diverse internal network of teams and external customers to develop comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and civil specifications.
- Taking responsibility for all installations in accordance with company, statutory health & safety legislation, building control, and Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM).
Requirements:
- Degree or HNC/D qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Construction discipline.
- Experience in installation or commissioning production / manufacturing facilities, including special purpose machinery and bespoke equipment.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in managing contractor activities and ensuring construction Health & Safety.
Salary: £54,793 per annum (dependent on skills and experience) + employment package including overtime, flexible working, and share incentive scheme. We also offer a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance, and access to additional benefits such as flexible working, an employee assistance programme, Cycle2work, and employee discounts.
