**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Gastroenterology team at Kingston Hospital. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert care, treatment, and support to patients with liver disease.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in acute nursing and experience in a gastroenterology setting. You will be expected to work closely with other clinical colleagues to ensure seamless, coordinated, and timely care for patients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Inpatient and outpatient assessment, education, and clinical management for patients with liver disease
  • Monitoring of HCC under the care of Kingston Hospital and in line with national standards
  • Development of Nurse Led clinics and Fibroscan services
  • Creation of a database for drug monitoring purposes

Qualifications and Experience

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Relevant post registration course
  • Educated to masters level or equivalent experience
