The estimated salary for this role is £49,139 per annum.

About the Role

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will work closely with a range of professionals to develop and implement effective education plans that meet the needs of our vulnerable young people.

  • Supporting educational outcomes for looked after children and care leavers
  • Navigating the multi-professional network to overcome barriers to learning and progress
  • Monitoring and tracking pupil progress
  • Recommending interventions to enable pupils and students to achieve and succeed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Past experience of raising attainment for vulnerable pupils
  • Strong understanding of child development, attachment, trauma, and its impact
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
