Job Title: Supervisor - Luxury Fashion Retailer

FLANNELS is a luxury fashion destination for men and women, offering an edit of over 200 brands from established international designers to contemporary labels.

We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team in our newest Store in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily workload and delegating tasks to the team.

The Role
  • Support the team with daily tasks and delegate responsibilities
  • Supervise work, check completion, and ensure delivery to expectations
  • Utilize business communication tools for task completion and ensure team understanding of key functions
  • Understand and adhere to company processes and procedures
  • Demonstrate good practice with seasonal guidelines, campaigns, and merchandising principles
  • Support maintaining store environment and housekeeping standards
  • Understand company policy and rules regarding security measures and demonstrate compliance
  • Maximize sales opportunities and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Understand product features and benefits, ensuring knowledge is up-to-date
  • Deliver to merchandising guidelines for effective product placement
  • Understand KPI targets and expectations to achieve results
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness and adopt right product, place, and time compliance
  • Engage with and feedback issues to contribute to the wider business
  • Support senior management to coach the team
The Requirements
  • Experience leading a team in a retail environment
  • Knowledge of and passion for luxury brands
  • Ability to drive sales through excellent service
  • Understanding of visual presentation and its impact on sales floor
  • Ability to motivate a team with effective communication
