Job Title: Supervisor - Flannels

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Flannels, a luxury fashion retailer. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that the store is visually merchandised to the highest standard and that all products are displayed in an attractive and appealing way.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, including receiving and processing stock deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in a retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of luxury fashion brands and products.
