As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinicians, ensuring the smooth running of our services. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our service users, staff, and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our clinicians, including sending correspondence and booking appointments
  • Answer emails and telephone calls, following up actions where required
  • Take minutes at meetings, manage diaries, and use Microsoft Office software with confidence
  • Work on your own initiative and demonstrate a willingness to help others as a key team member
  • Build effective relationships with a flexible approach to work
  • Prioritise work and meet deadlines to fulfill the requirements of the post

Person Specification

  • NVQ4 or equivalent qualification/experience
  • Knowledge of administration and/or office procedures
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of working in a busy office and/or customer care environment
