SEO Audience Development Manager - Women's Lifestyle

We are seeking an experienced SEO Audience Development Manager to join our team at RedCat Solutions Ltd. This role will be responsible for implementing SEO editorial processes and delivering growth in organic traffic and search visibility across our women's lifestyle portfolio of brands.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in SEO, preferably within a content/publishing environment, and a passion for women's lifestyle/fashion. They will be responsible for researching opportunities for organic search growth, providing actionable insights to editors, and training editorial teams in SEO best practices.

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and search visibility across our women's lifestyle portfolio of brands.
  • Conduct website audits and identify areas for improvement to enhance content SEO.
  • Monitor organic search traffic, track keywords, and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with editorial teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation.
  • Provide regular SEO reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SEO, preferably within a content/publishing environment.
  • Passion for women's lifestyle/fashion.
  • Experience with keyword tools for research and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and diplomatic skills to build working relationships with editors and development teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to create great content.
  • Spreadsheet skills to work with raw data and present insights to teams.
