Corporate Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Solicitor to join our client's rapidly expanding commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and excellent client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures, and other significant business transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements with clients
• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored legal solutions
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
• Stay abreast of changes in corporate law and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations

Requirements:

• 5 years PQE
• Excellent technical knowledge of corporate law
• Excellent client management skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and nurture those around you
• Ready to hit the ground running
• Flexibility and 'can do' attitude
