Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Solicitor to join our client’s rapidly expanding commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and excellent client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
? Advise on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures, and other significant business transactions
? Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements with clients
? Help meet fee-earning income targets
? Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored legal solutions
? Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
? Stay abreast of changes in corporate law and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
Requirements:
? 5 years PQE
? Excellent technical knowledge of corporate law
? Excellent client management skills
? Ability to work as part of a team and nurture those around you
? Ready to hit the ground running
