Pro Talent is seeking a highly skilled Audit & Accounts Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our accountancy practice, you will work with a diverse range of clients, from owner-managed businesses to multinational organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a portfolio of clients and oversee the audit process, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  • Direct and mentor Assistant Managers to deliver high-quality service and contribute to business planning.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and provide feedback on the effectiveness of Audit & Accounts services.
  • Handle specific client accounts with efficiency and excellence, offering pre-year-end tax planning and collaborating with the Tax Department.
  • Supervise junior staff and ensure all services are joined up, introducing clients to relevant business development managers for new services.
Requirements:
  • Time and Exam Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Recent experience as an Audit & Accounts Manager.
  • Knowledge of current accounting and financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
  • Possession of a driving license is desirable.
