About the Role

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants, providing support to clients in their own homes and communities. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and live happy, healthy lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities and conversations to promote their well-being.
  • Assisting with daily tasks, such as food preparation, household chores, and personal care, to help clients maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Supporting clients in the community, including shopping, dining, and activities of their choice, to promote their independence and social interaction.
  • Assisting with mobility and transportation, including wheelchair transfers and driving clients to appointments and outings.

Requirements
