Job Description: Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant to support engaging lessons in a secondary school in Sandwell. As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside qualified teachers to assist in the academic and social development of students within the school, helping to create an inclusive and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting students with their numeracy skills in small or 1-2-1 groups
  • Collaborating with the Maths department to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources
  • Working in an esteemed school, supported by experienced teachers

Requirements:

  • Graduated with a 2:1 degree in Maths from a Russell Group university
  • An enthusiastic, confident and compassionate individual who wants to use their Maths knowledge to make a positive impact on school students
