Key Responsibilities- Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying any changes or concerns

- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication

- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric environment within the last 3 years
- Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and current nursing practices
