About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support and care to individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs.
  • Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and therapeutic activities to promote independence and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
