Employment Tribunal Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced part-time Employment Tribunal Consultant to join our team at Employee Management Ltd (EML). As a key member of our team, you will provide clients with expert advice and representation in Employment Tribunal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clients with guidance on complex employment law issues and support the wider team as needed.
  • Liaise with ACAS regarding Early Conciliation claims.
  • Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including advocacy.
  • Draft Settlement Agreements and related documents.
  • Prepare written briefings, reports, and articles on HR/Employment Law topics.
  • Design and deliver Employment Law training.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong academic record (degree level or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on a range of responsibilities.
  • Ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
  • Comfortable identifying and progressing consultancy opportunities with new and existing clients.

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 to £50,000 FTE, dependent on experience. The role is based in Chesire WA3, with a requirement to live within a commutable distance.
