Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Apleona UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities management team, including budgeting, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Manage office functions, ensuring effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Collect and file goods received delivery notes, service reports, and engineer reports.
  • Track and update quotations and approvals for remedial and reactive works.
  • Assist with a variety of tasks linked to the job, supporting the manager, team, and clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in the FM industry or in an office environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Great planning and organizing skills.
  • Able to prioritize and ensure tasks are done efficiently.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience in using CAFM (desirable).
