  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve depth and breadth penetration of the market in Financial Institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers and clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Drive the marketing and development plan for Financial Institutions, engaging in strategy, product, and marketing to consolidate and build a solid, sustainable, and profitable book of business.
  • Deliver a profit to financial institutions by implementing an underwriting and marketing strategy that matches our products and appetite to the local market.
  • Lead by example and collaborate with colleagues in other departments to promote the Chubb franchise, including cross-lines relationship management of designated brokers, drafting and following up of plans, and appropriate incentive arrangements.
  • Establish and execute business plans to maximize business opportunities with brokers and clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong external reputation, behaving in a manner consistent with Chubb's core values and culture both internally and externally.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge and experience of Financial Institutions underwriting, as well as experience dealing directly with clients on complex matters.
  • Be a good market reputation as a technical expert and proactive in identifying opportunities and taking initiatives to support our business goals.
  • Excellent communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills, both written and verbally.
  • Proficient in sales and marketing, as well as being a proactive self-starter who is confident to make decisions, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues and/or managers.
  • Self-motivated team player with a 'can-do' attitude, coordinating across departments and lines of business, including Claims.
  • Competent with wording drafting and engaging with large complex FI clients.
  • Able to support the development and training of the wider FI team through coaching and support in the development of formal training.
