Community Health Care Specialist

As a Community Phlebotomist at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients within their own homes. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to support the Community Nursing teams in the Eston locality.
Main Responsibilities
Key duties of the job include carrying out designated work, much of which involves direct patient care. You will be responsible for providing a high standard of care to patients, contributing to the admission avoidance agenda by offering high-quality care. The post holder will work under the indirect supervision of trained staff, with delegated tasks and responsibilities.

Salary Details

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- NVQ 2 or other equivalent qualification in a health-related subject, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt to new situations.
