Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Consulting Ltd, working in a fast-paced FMCG/ Food manufacturing environment near Banbury.

Location: The role is commutable from Rugby, Coventry, Daventry, Banbury, Stratford upon Avon, and Southam.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain the operational performance of our site's production machinery. As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining production machinery and supporting the production team with proactive maintenance and fault diagnosis.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing planned and reactive maintenance strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience working in a Food, Packaging, FMCG, or Manufacturing environment and hold relevant industry-recognized qualifications such as an apprenticeship, NVQ, HNC, HND, BTEC, or City & Guilds.

This position would suit candidates with a strong background in maintenance and engineering, including those with experience in electrical or mechanical bias.

Estimated Salary Range: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
