Learning Support Assistant Role

A supportive and compassionate Learning Support Assistant is required to work with children aged 4-11 in a fantastic Barnet school. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside friendly and supportive Teachers, learning from some of the best in the borough. Your role will involve working 1:1 with students with SEN, providing support where necessary, and monitoring and tracking progress. You will guide, motivate, and empower students to ensure they are ready for secondary school.

About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for an Aspiring Primary Teacher or someone with a strong academic background who is passionate about supporting children. You will possess a positive mindset and a desire to make a difference in the lives of your students. The ability to commit to this role until the end of the academic year is essential.

Requirements

A First-Class or 2:1 Degree from a leading UK University is essential for this role. You will be a charismatic and personable individual who is able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
