About the Role

SENCare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lunchtime Assistant to join our team in a Primary School in Barnet, North London.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience supporting primary-aged children, a clear DBS on the update service, and the ability to work Monday to Friday between 11:45am and 1:30pm.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping students reach their full potential and has a fun and compassionate attitude towards work.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing one-to-one support for children during lunch hours
  • Assisting students with their lunch
  • Helping around the playground, interacting, and engaging with students
  • Working closely with other staff members to ensure all safeguarding procedures are met to ensure the safety of the children is not compromised
