About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Acute Frailty Team as a Band 7 Occupational Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing specialist occupational therapy services to patients within the acute elderly/medical service. This is a challenging yet rewarding role, offering the chance to develop your skills and expertise, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

About You:

">

To succeed in this role, you will have a degree in Occupational Therapy and proven clinical experience in acute frailty settings. You will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to train junior staff and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, while your up-to-date knowledge of best practice and current research in acute elderly/frailty and medical care will ensure that you deliver evidence-based care.

We offer a competitive salary of £53,000 - £64,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
