Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the operations business division by providing insights and expertise to more senior colleagues.
  • Conduct performance of KYC tasks while adhering to standard procedures related to Client Due Diligence and AML policies.
  • Monitor real-time transaction flow, trade updates, and exception queues to guarantee timely and accurate trade representation across systems.
  • Support cleared derivatives, conducting daily reconciliation of related fees and undertaking various complex customer and product-related processing activities.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Escalate policy breaches as needed.
  • Manage risk and strengthen controls in relation to the work owned or contributed to.
  • Makes decisions based on the analysis of factual information.
