We are recruiting a dedicated Care Worker to join our team at IDEAL PERSONNEL in Milton Keynes. This is a full-time, permanent position with an estimated hourly wage of £6.00.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in Charge, providing personalized care to residents in line with their individual care plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the nursing team's efforts in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans.
  • Monitoring and supporting residents' needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Reporting to the Nurse in Charge and documenting care/nursing interventions and observations in residents' nursing records.
  • Complying with company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Participating in mandatory training relevant to the position.
  • Familiarity with health and safety requirements, including fire prevention, manual handling, health and safety, food handling, and first aid.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment, promptly reporting hazards to the Nurse in Charge.

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a 24-hour/7 days period.
  • Previous experience in the care sector, preferably with individuals of varying abilities.
