Job Title: Sales Ledger Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Ledger Clerk to join our team at Law Business Research. As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales invoice process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of clients within our accounting and CRM packages
  • Process invoice amendments, reissues, and cancellations as needed
  • Update revenue products in our system
  • Provide assistance to sales and marketing teams to ensure contracts and sales orders are entered correctly
  • Maintain good relationships with internal teams and clients
  • Assist in keeping Line Managers updated on debtor and unbilled issues
  • Provide general support and administration to the wider team
Requirements:
  • Highly numerate with excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel
  • Thorough, detailed, and methodical approach to work
