**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide one-to-one tuition sessions to students in the Ipswich area.
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with our Behavioural specialists, Curriculum leads, Maths and English tutors, and Designated safeguarding leads to ensure comprehensive support.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with students with SEN/SEMH and challenging behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
