At Tripod Executive, we are committed to providing exceptional support for children in care. As a Senior Social Worker in our Children Looked After Team based in Reigate, you will play a vital role in nurturing meaningful relationships with these young individuals.

Your primary responsibility will be to support children living with relatives, friends, or foster families, as well as prospective adopters or older children residing in children's homes and semi-independent units. This involves regular visits, assessments, and reviewing their Care Plan to ensure the best possible outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as 28 days annual leave, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service (plus bank holidays), option to buy up to 10 days of additional annual leave, and a generous local government salary-related pension.

About working with Children Looked After

You will work closely with other social workers, family support workers, and partnership organisations such as Health Services, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (New Leaf), Independent Reviewing officers, and carers. Regular supervision and consultations with our Mental Health Focussed Social Worker will be provided to ensure your success in this challenging role.
