About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to join our team at Understanding Recruitment NFP. As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will play a critical role in protecting our systems and data from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze network systems and threats to identify potential security risks
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent cyber threats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all aspects of our business

Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise in risk management and cybersecurity principles
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Defender and Endpoint
  • Knowledge of industry-recognized certifications, such as CISM and CISSP
  • Understanding of cybersecurity standards, including NIST and SOC2
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days per week in our London office

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits
