Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing solutions to our clients, managing client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Development
    • Develop and implement client development plans to drive growth and retention of client relationships
    • Identify opportunities for strategic support and commercial client development
    • Report on client relationships and business performance to the agency leadership team
  • Delivery of High-Quality Work
    • Manage the delivery of agreed scope of work for each assigned account
    • Develop and deliver creative and delivery briefs
    • Lead client meetings, agenda setting, proposal documents, meeting casting, relationship and action delegation
    • Work within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver specialisms as required for the client
  • Commercials
    • Deliver against set targets and manage project end dates and invoicing schedules
    • Accurately quote projects for team resources within agreed rate card
    • Report on commercials to leadership team and board
  • Team Management
    • Develop line management responsibilities and manage junior account team members
    • Input into Account Executive appraisal and provide feedback
