Marketing Director

TeacherActive is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to deliver business results across our brands.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing and creative services, including digital, direct, print, media, social media, and market research.
- Further develop our corporate brand and ensure brand guidelines align with business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with marketing and copyright regulations, as well as accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Lead a team to create high-quality visual and written content to improve business and brand performance.
- Analyze key marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Contribute to the overall business strategy by providing market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.
- Manage and organize digital campaigns across the academic year.
- Oversee the development of our website as a central source of information, optimizing SEO to drive traffic, engagement, and conversations.
- Optimize lead generation and PPC investment.
- Continuously improve marketing processes and systems to drive efficiencies.
- Ensure high-quality and regular blog content, thought leadership articles, and PR are released.
- Conduct regular research and analysis of competitors.
- Monitor wider market trends to ensure all potential advertising avenues are explored.
- Undertake analysis of all marketing initiatives, share learnings with the team, and apply learnings to improve future plans.
- Provide regular updates to the Board on timelines, deliverables, performance, and market analysis.
- Proactively work with third parties and external stakeholders.
- Brief employees on current marketing goals, campaigns, and other relevant information.
- Evaluate team and individual performance, provide feedback, and coaching as appropriate.
- Manage business plans and budgets, allocate funds, and define financial objectives.
- Reflect on your own performance to continually improve your knowledge, skills, and development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Marketing Director.
- Intermediate computer skills.
