Software Engineering Degree Apprentice

This is an excellent opportunity to combine academic study with real-world experience in software engineering. As a Software Engineering Degree Apprentice at BAE Systems, you'll spend two days a week at university acquiring a BSc (Hons) in Aerospace Software Engineering or Computer Science, while spending the remaining time working on real projects and enhancing your skills.

In this role, you'll work closely with experienced software engineers to develop software code, designs, and tests, and contribute to a wide range of activities, including developing and testing aircraft displays, ground-based equipment, and training simulators. You'll also be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages innovation and creativity.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a pension scheme, employee share plans, and flexible discounted health and wellbeing benefits.
