Project Administrator

Location: Newbury, West Berkshire

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full Time

Adecco is seeking a skilled Project Administrator to support the smooth operation of service calls and installations for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate incoming service calls to field service engineers, ensuring productivity and meeting customer service level agreements.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance visits, optimizing time windows and resources.
  • Review and adjust work progress throughout the day, prioritizing high-priority calls while balancing lower priority tasks.
  • Efficiently plan engineer routes, minimizing travel time and maximizing job completion.
  • Make strategic decisions on work reassignments or sub-contractor deployment to meet objectives.
  • Provide first-line technical support to customers before logging service calls.
  • Process invoices and contracts for completed works, if required.
  • Analyze and process customer inquiries and coordinate installation and commissioning works.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing variations and processing orders, deliveries, installations, returns, and payments.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and other departments for seamless operations.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
