Project Administrator
Location: Newbury, West Berkshire
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time
Adecco is seeking a skilled Project Administrator to support the smooth operation of service calls and installations for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate incoming service calls to field service engineers, ensuring productivity and meeting customer service level agreements.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance visits, optimizing time windows and resources.
- Review and adjust work progress throughout the day, prioritizing high-priority calls while balancing lower priority tasks.
- Efficiently plan engineer routes, minimizing travel time and maximizing job completion.
- Make strategic decisions on work reassignments or sub-contractor deployment to meet objectives.
- Provide first-line technical support to customers before logging service calls.
- Process invoices and contracts for completed works, if required.
- Analyze and process customer inquiries and coordinate installation and commissioning works.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing variations and processing orders, deliveries, installations, returns, and payments.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and other departments for seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
