Job Description: As a social care practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting adults and young people with autism, learning disabilities, and complex conditions in the Swindon and Wiltshire areas. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day running of the home, assisting with daily tasks, and developing person-centred care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the home and individual needs of clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
• Assist with daily tasks, including meals, personal care, and finances
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client

Requirements:
• Positive behavioural support training and positive behavioural management training
• Experience working in a similar role
• Ability to work flexible hours in the Wiltshire area

Salary: £13.15 - £20.77 per hour. With experience and qualifications, you can expect a salary around £25,000-£35,000 per annum.
