Your Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement employee benefit plans

Requirements
• Hold relevant professional qualifications such as Group Risk (CII GR1) and Healthcare (CII IF7)
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare and group risk products, policies, and insurance market
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisation skills with ability to work to tight deadlines

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including a minimum of 25 days holiday, defined contribution pension scheme, life insurance, income protection, health cash plan or private medical insurance, and many more.
