Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Liaison Specialist to join our team at Planet Education Networks. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with student recruitment agencies, providing them with comprehensive information about our academic programs, and ensuring effective engagement and enrolment of domestic students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, providing them with up-to-date marketing materials and resources to promote our university to prospective domestic students.
  • Coordinate the distribution of promotional materials, including brochures, prospectuses, and digital content, to recruitment agencies.
  • Work with our marketing team to develop engaging and informative materials tailored to the needs and preferences of domestic students.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for recruitment agency staff to familiarise them with our university's offerings, admission processes, and application procedures.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to recruitment agencies, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding student recruitment.
  • Analyse data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for university stakeholders.
  • Solicit feedback from recruitment agencies to evaluate their satisfaction with our support and services.
  • Use feedback to identify strengths and areas for improvement in the recruitment process and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in admissions, marketing, academic departments, and student services to align recruitment efforts with institutional goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in education, English, languages, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in editing or assessing writing is also highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess applicants' qualifications, potential, and fit for our university.
  • Technology proficiency with the ability to adapt to different virtual interview platforms and software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with admissions software is a plus.
