As a Team Leader at Cooplands, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery. You will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, and will work closely with the team to promote sales, increase profitability, and provide excellent customer service.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with team leader experience or experience in hospitality/retail. You should be available to work between 6am and 6pm, although we can be flexible to accommodate your availability.
