About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Team Leader to join our Cooplands bakery team.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our Cooplands team, you will be responsible for managing the bakery in the absence of the Manager, providing leadership and support to our retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Manage the bakery when the Manager is not present, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  3. Collaborate with the retail team to maintain high standards of product quality and presentation.
  4. Key Skills and Qualities:
  5. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  6. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high standards.
