About the Role:
We are recruiting for a highly motivated Referral and Assessment Specialist to join our team in Wokingham Borough. As a key member of our Referral and Assessment service, you will play a crucial role in providing information, advice, and signposting to vulnerable adults and their careers.

Duties:
* Receive referrals for Adult Social Care Services, prioritizing and managing a caseload
* Conduct initial child protection reports and conference reports
* Collaborate with multi-agency teams to support families and children

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* A qualified social worker with a recognized degree or diploma
* Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g., Social Work England)
* Proven experience in a social work role, preferably within Referral and Assessment
* Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures

Working Conditions:

Salary: £42,500 - £48,000 per annum
